The Winter Shops are located in the heart of Collegeville in the same shopping plaza as well known national and regional businesses and within a few miles of GlaxoSmithKline’s corporate campus and Ursinus College. Over 29,000 vehicles pass by everyday and the median household income is one of the highest in Montgomery County. Collegeville was also named the safest town in Pennsylvania, so that helps too.

Included is a prebuilt, rustic looking booth front. There are restrooms on site and a vendors’ lounge with plenty of free coffee and snacks to keep you ready for customers.
First, you’ll need your own awesome products or services to sell such as homemade jams, candy, jewelry, soaps, woodwork, mancave gifts or family portraits. Your merchandise doesn’t need to be completely made by hand, but it should be customized by you ie. canvas bags or coffee mugs that you purchase in bulk and put adorable puppy designs on.
You’ll also need general liability insurance; we can recommend companies with affordable policies. Most premiums are generally under $50/month. Depending on your business niche, you might need a permit.
Booth sizes are 10’ft by 8’ft and include electricity and WIFI.
We have several rental options starting at $25 per day and an option for commission based arrangements.
The Winter Shops will be staffed by a supervisor at all times for your support and safety. You can feel free to leave your merchandise and fixtures behind everyday, so no need for daily set up and breakdown. You can just show up a few minutes before opening each day and leave at closing.
